1. Our Commitment
VAClaims.io, operated by The Intent Network, LLC, is committed to providing elite-level VA claims support and actionable strategy. Because we deliver immediate value through strategic research, proprietary resources, and personalized claim analysis upon sign-up, our refund policy balances our commitment to your satisfaction with the protection of our intellectual property and the resources invested in your service.
2. Cooling-Off Period
We offer a 24-hour cooling-off period for new members. If you determine that the platform is not the right fit for your needs within the first 24 hours of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked. The 24-hour window begins at the time your payment is successfully processed.
To request a cooling-off refund, email support@vaclaims.io with your account email address and order confirmation within the 24-hour window.
3. After the Cooling-Off Period
After the 24-hour cooling-off period, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion if:
- A documented technical issue prevented you from accessing core platform features for an extended period, and we were unable to resolve it.
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, incorrect amount).
- Extraordinary circumstances exist that justify an exception, as determined by our support team.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in cases where:
- You have already downloaded, accessed, or received delivery of strategic claim reports, personal statement templates, or other proprietary deliverables.
- You have completed an onboarding consultation call or coaching session.
- More than 24 hours have passed since purchase and no qualifying exception applies.
- There is evidence of account sharing, unauthorized access, or intellectual property misuse.
- A chargeback or payment dispute has been filed with your bank or credit card company (see Section 7 below).
- You are dissatisfied with the outcome of your VA claim. VAClaims.io provides claims support tools and education — we do not guarantee VA claim outcomes. See our Disclaimer for details.
5. Installment Plans & Subscriptions
If you are enrolled in an installment payment plan or subscription:
- You may cancel future payments at any time via your billing dashboard or by contacting support.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your access remains active until that date.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations.
- Outstanding installment balances for services already rendered remain due and payable.
- Failed payments that remain unresolved after 14 days may result in account suspension until the balance is current.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow:
- 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We encourage you to contact us directly at support@vaclaims.io before filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly.
If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us:
- Your account may be immediately suspended pending review.
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and provide evidence of service delivery to your financial institution.
- Fraudulent chargebacks may result in permanent account termination and referral to collections.
8. Advisor Commission Adjustments
For Onboarding Advisors participating in the VAClaims.io referral and onboarding program:
- If a veteran receives a refund within 30 days of purchase, the associated onboarding commission will be reversed (clawed back).
- Referral bonuses associated with refunded purchases will also be reversed.
- Commission adjustments will be reflected in the Advisor's next payout cycle via bank transfer.

9. Policy Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy. Material changes will be communicated via email to active account holders.
This Refund Policy is part of and subject to our Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the Terms of Service shall govern.
